No matter how busy the planning stages, our meticulous attention to detail and commitment to your complete satisfaction bring a sense of confidence and security to every function. If you know what you want, we're ready to make your dreams come true. If you need a hand, our sales and catering staff is always happy to assist in planning rehearsal dinners, showers, corporate event, reunion, as well as being your host hotel. Our largest room, the Marie Antionette, will accomodate 300 for dining or classroom style, and 500 theater style. The room also features a built in dance floor, large windows beautifully draped with soft white wooden blinds and sashes. Perfect for wedding receptions! Our second largest, the Arthur St. Claire, will accommodate 70 classroom style or for dining, and 100 theater style. This room can also be divided for two smaller sessions. The Harmar Room, will hold 40 for dining, 25 classroom style and 50 theater style. This room is complete microwave, refrigerator, wetbar and private bathroom. The Pioneer Room is a Boardroom that will hold 12 conference style. Our facilities offer elegance and professionalism all in one.
